I’ve finished multiple Craftibly canvases and I’m was happy with them. I hated every minute I worked on this canvas. Tanya Shatseva does unusual art. I LOVE her stuff. First issue was all the black symbols on dark blue colors (an issue that has been addressed and I believe corrected since I got this canvas because it was an issue across all the canvases). Colors seemed wrong even for TS art. So much so that I contacted them about one color that seemed way too pink compared to what the dmc looked like online but although they were nice about it and checked the dmc the color they had on hand was the same too pink color. I didn’t want to spend 1/4 of the cost of the canvas replacing one color so I tried to lean into the weirdness. The final enjoyment killer was similar symbols in similar colors. E/F both yellow, Yy both pink…etc etc It’s very confetti heavy so after an hour or so my eyes would just give up making sense of the symbols. In the end it looks ok. I had been excited for this one so I had purchased a bunch of special drills for it, which is another reason I forced myself to finish. But sometimes a canvas just doesn’t work for a person and I wish I had cut my losses when I started to hate it because I wasted a lot of time on a canvas that is stuffed under my bed and may never see the light of day again.

Any and all wrinkles in the canvas from having been rolled up in poster tube smoothed out easily as I worked on it. The tool kit was nicer than what I have received from other companies, which was a nice surprise. The drills were super smooth and incredibly shiny - the nicest drills I've had the pleasure of working with! The adhesive was very tacky, so none of my drills ever popped off or slid around on me. The only problem (for lack of a better word) was that the dark blue clove symbol was difficult for me to see, so I missed it several times, that however, was easily remedied with my handy light pad. Also, the (Y) and (y) symbols were difficult for me to tell apart as one of them was a light pink and the other a muted purple. I didn't take away any stars for that as it may just be my eyes and brain. Overall, I was incredibly pleased with my first Craftibly canvas. I look forward to purchasing other paintings and excited to see what other paintings will be released this year.

This was amazing to work on! I loved the colors and the packaging was great. The darker symbols were hard to make out, but overall I loved the finish.
