This is a great diamond painting to do. The image is stunning, especially when framed.
The colors are more vibrant than the product image shows. Notice in the attached pictures how shiny and shimmering the drills are. Initially, I was concerned that the facial coloring would look too dark when I started working on it. But, it all came together in the end. For a square drill painting, the quality of the drills were nice. Didn't have much of an issue with tabs or misshaped drills. The symbols are very clear on the canvas. Although, you do have to be careful when placing drills because there are several symbols shapes that are the same but oriented in different directions for different color drills. They are on different color backgrounds, but it still can be a little confusing at times. And, there are "number" symbols, such as #2 is canvas #44, which can be confusing if you have your containers numbered. I HIGHLY recommend orienting your drill storage containers to be the same orientation as the canvas when working on the DP. For example, if you're working on the canvas upside down, turn your drills upside down. I have been diamond painting for over a year and rarely make mistakes putting down drills. But, I had to take off drills a couple of times on this DP because I was putting drills on the correct symbol, but I missed that the background color was wrong for that symbol, so it should have been a different drill color. Turning your drill containers so that the symbol orientation matches will help you avoid that problem.
