Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (1 to 2 business days) (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In the case of pre-orders the order will be filled and shipped once it is received and processed. Any products that are “in-stock” and purchased with other pre-order or back ordered products will not ship until their friends arrive and will ship together as one order. If you want your order of in-stock products to ship before the pre-order products arrive they will need to be on a separate order.

Please understand that shipping times are different than fulfillment times. We have no control over the time it takes to get to you once it leaves our hands here. The shipping times given by Fedex, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc are only estimates and not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

We offer $10 flat rate shipping and free shipping for orders over $75 to most of the United States. We also offer cheaper First Class Shipping for light weight orders. This may change at any time without warning. We may charge additional fees for remote areas or non-continental addresses.

Orders over 1lb typically ship via Fedex but we may use other carriers when it makes sense. Delivery time with Fedex is typically 2-3 business days (again, they don’t guarantee it).

Orders under 1lb will normally ship USPS First Class. Delivery time for First Class varies from a couple business days to a week. With the current state of the postal service delays should be expected. Please allow up to two weeks before becoming concerned about delivery.

In-store pickup

Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup if you live in the DFW area! After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 11-6 during the week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. DHL and FedEx transit times are typically less than 1 week travel time once the order ships. USPS can be much slower and 2-4 weeks is common.

Calculated shipping, customs, and duties at checkout:

We offer a couple international shipping options. They can vary GREATLY depending on where you live and the fees imposed by your government.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates for DHL, UPS, and FedEx should include the customs and duties charges, remote delivery fees, taxes, and everything we are able to collect and pay on your behalf. While this can be quite a high amount, this means that there should not be additional unexpected fees for you once the order arrives in your country when shipped with DHL, UPS or FEDEX.

International USPS will not allow us to collect any customs and duties ahead of time so you will be responsible for any fees imposed by your country for delivery. It is sometimes far cheaper to choose USPS but shipping times are longer. They can often times be high and we no longer cover them for you.

If you do not pay customs/duties fees/taxes at the time of checkout

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Craftibly is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

What if I change my mind and want to cancel my international order instead of paying the import fees from USPS?

If you decide not to accept an order due to the taxes and fees from your country then we are happy to offer a full refund minus the shipping fee.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (excludes USPS First Class). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

You can always view your order history, status, and tracking information in your account page under the orders tab.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@craftibly.com OR facebook OR via our live chat with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are only able to ship to PO Boxes by way of USPS. This can mean longer shipping times courtesy of the US Postal Service.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We offer a happiness guarantee so if for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us.

Above all we want you to be happy with your order. Please give us a chance to make any problems right.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@craftibly.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will get you fixed up asap.
